This trick is a glitch and will only work with Pokemon Blue and Red on Game Boy. It has been fixed in Yellow. To get 99 of any Items, first put the item you want to multiply in the sixth item slot.

Correction: I originally suggested you can’t use your Red, Blue, and Yellow Pokémon from the rereleases on 3DS in Pokémon X, Y, Omega Red, or Alpha Sapphire.
