Former Blue Flame restaurant site reopens with new name, owners - MSN
Steel Grill 51 will have a ribbon-cutting event at 10 a.m. Located at 1360 on Route 51 in Jefferson Hills, the restaurant has taken over the space formally occupied by The Blue Flame.
The typically blue flame fixture will glow red, white and blue this Fourth of July. The lighting will start after sunset and continue every 30 minutes until 2 a.m.
The Blue Flame is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again, their official last day will be this coming Sunday, March 24 and they are expecting a lot of people to come out in the next few days.
