The Season 2 patch for Marvel Rivals will drop on Friday, April 11th after a maintenance period. The maintenance is scheduled to begin at 2:00 AM PT (9:00 GMT+1) and will last around two or three hours. Once the maintenance is over, players will be able to enjoy the new season's content, including the newest hero Emma Frost.

This was officially confirmed by developer NetEase via the game's official website and at the end of the trailer showcasing the new season.
