Nose, a 4-year-old black and white cat, is Palm Beach Post's Pet of the Week. He's a shy but sweet cat who was previously a community cat and part of a hoarding situation.

Well, this precious Black and White Cat is rocking all of it and more. His name is Oscar the Grouch (but we'll call him Oscar), and he has floof that looks like it was borrowed from a bathroom rug.
