The most famous Big Island resort for families is the Hilton Waikoloa Village. It’s a massive resort that has a monorail and boats that will take you to different parts of the resort.

According to Vicki Kometani, the resort's public-relations representative, vacationers will receive the $800 back even if they have used frequent-flier mileage to reach the Islands.
