Joe Tsai’s BSE Global will open a youth basketball training facility at a former Modell’s that is part of the troubled Pacific Park development in Downtown Brooklyn.

At Blue Ridge Park, newly resurfaced dual-use pickleball and tennis courts are officially open, along with upgraded basketball courts — the first major improvements to the facility since 2008.
