Andrew Wold, who owns the six-story building that collapsed on May 28, killing three people, was ordered to pay a $300 fine and $95 in court costs, according to the filing in Scott County Court.
He was fined $250 for each violation. Wold did not contest the citation or show up to a court hearing. Court records show he has paid $150 toward the fines.

Wold is also ordered "from committing any further violations of the city code provisions" in the citation. Wold is ordered to appear in court on Friday, June 9 at 8:30 a.m. to pay the fine.
Wold was asked to pay $4,500 plus court costs and remedy all violations by March 31. Records indicate Wold has not paid the fine yet. News 8 reached out to the City of Davenport for comment.
