The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) will once again team up with local charity Cash for Kids for the Avenham Park 5km and 1km Family Fun Run on Bank Holiday Monday (May 2).

The fountain in Avenham and Miller Park is finally getting repaired after being out of action for three years, and is set to be refilled in time for Easter.

Guests will be able to walk around the park enjoying cars and motorbikes from the 1920s and 1980s. The event is free to attend for everyone, just turn up on the day.
