Atlantic Technological University (ATU) has announced the commencement of two new state-of-the-art buildings at its Galway and Letterkenny campuses.

The news was immediately welcomed by two of Galway’s Minister, former GMIT lecturer Seán Canney and Hildegarde Naughton.

Sigerson Cup: ATU Sligo 1-14 ATU Galway 1-13 Aaron Browne proved to be the hero for ATU Sligo as his winning point on 59 minutes ensured the home side booked their Sigerson Cup progression.

Organised annually by the ATU Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Galway, this year’s competition was sponsored and adjudicated by 40 engineering representatives from 30 companies.
