With the Genesis Mini and Game Gear Micro, Sega is really into tiny consoles right now. It may have just outdone itself, however, with the launch of the Astro City Mini arcade cabinet.

Sega is working on the Astro City Mini, a shrunken-down version of the classic arcade cabinet. It’ll have 36 games preloaded and ship later this year.

The Astro City Mini comes with 37 classic arcade games pre-installed, including a 720P-HD version of Virtua Fighter and the public debut of Dottori Kun.

The Astro City Mini will be released in Japan this December for 12,800 yen (or around $119), with an additional game pad sold separately for 2,780 yen (or around $26). MORE FOR YOU ...
