They made many similar reverse style paintings. Reverse painting were originally known as Verre Eglomise, developed in 18th century France by Jean Baptiste Glomy, an artist-antique dealer.

Only one other original illustration from this set has been found. The painting is believed to be worth between $150,000 to 250,000. It's scheduled to go to auction on Sept. 19.
