With a slight change to the original plans, the commemorative service will now run from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 20 at Antioch Baptist Church and will include a time of fellowship and celebration.

With federal funds and donations, church leadership hopes to fully fund the $16 million project. "I can only imagine what Antioch will be able to do," Rainbow PUSH Coalition Rev. Janette Wilson said.
