A 2024 returns and payment deadline of November 3 is in place for: Boone, Greenbrier, Lincoln, Logan, McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, Monroe, Raleigh, Summers, Wayne and Wyoming counties in West Virginia.

The IRS has given taxpayers in many states more time to file their taxes past the April 15 deadline due to natural disasters.
