The managing partner of the ownership group said they netted about $300,000 when factoring in renovations and closing costs after owning the units for less than a year.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – Some apartments in Albany showcased its latest renovations which include a rooftop dog park, a fitness center, and more.

The state worked with the Albany Housing Coalition to renovate two, neighboring row houses to create six, one bedroom apartments. The project cost $1.8 million.
