BENGALURU, April 1 (Reuters) - Apparel retailer Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) (ADIA.NS) said on Monday it was planning to demerge Madura Fashion & Lifestyle into a separate listed entity.

In parallel, Birla has steadily risen through the ranks within the Aditya Birla Group. Since 2023, she has served as Director on the boards of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail and Grasim Industries.
