A Wednesday night crash in Madison County left many drivers bumper to bumper on Interstate 71 North for hours. Ohio State Highway Patrol said a semitruck carrying 42,000 pounds of truck axles crashed.

CINCINNATI — Two people were rescued from a vehicle stuck underneath a semi-truck after a crash on I-71 North near downtown Cincinnati Tuesday afternoon, Cincinnati Fire officials said.
