Microsoft is making its first significant change to the Outlook calendar view in years. A new Outlook calendar board view is coming soon to Outlook for the web, and it works a lot like Trello.

To share your calendar in the Outlook mobile app, go to the calendar menu and tap the gear icon. Tap "Add people" to select who to share with, edit their permissions, then hit the checkmark.
