The 2026 FIFA World Cup is expected to bring a couple million people from around the world to the greater New England area, and with all those soccer fans, FIFA is looking for some help.

(WJAR) — The Boston Host Committee over seeing New England’s FIFA World Cup offerings is looking for volunteers. This World Cup will be in three North American countries in 16 cities. For Boston’s part, or Foxborough where the games will be played, that includes seven matches, including a quarter final.

A staggering 65,000 volunteers are being recruited for FIFA World Cup 26, to be held in the U.S., Mexico and Canada over 39 days beginning June 11.
