Vista Grande Fire initially started 4:04 p.m. June 2 in Solano County. It has burned 62 acres after being active for 38 hours. As of Wednesday morning, the fire crew successfully encircled the entire perimeter of the fire in control lines. The blaze's cause remains under investigation.

Crews have contained more than half of the fire that started Monday afternoon, Cal Fire officials said. The Vista Grande Fire started at about 4:05 p.m. Monday near Vista Grande and Capitola Way. Around 9:10 p.m., Cal Fire officials said 75 percent of the blaze was contained.
