The Atlanta Braves acquired veteran reliever Tyler Kinley from the Colorado Rockies for minor league pitcher Austin Smith on Wednesday, one day before the non-waiver trade deadline.

After sending Ryan McMahon to the New York Yankees in exchange for two pitching prospects, Mark Feinsand of MLB.com first reported the Rockies are set to send reliever Tyler Kinley to the Atlanta Braves. At the time of writing, there is no word on the return package.
