Right at the top of Twisted Metal Season 2, we start with a flashback to 1998, which establishes a teenage version of Raven (Halle Tator) who is , aesthetically, a lot closer to how '90s kids might remember her from the games. This Raven is, we learn, the primary Raven, who, in the present, is played by Patty Guggenheim.
