Three people were wounded during a shooting at New York City's iconic Times Square, the New York Police Department said Saturday.

Witnesses told CBS News New York a fight broke out inside the Raising Cane's restaurant in Times Square on the corner of 44th and Seventh. It happened at around 1:20 a.m. and appeared to involve a group of about 15 teenagers who rolled up on Citi Bikes and entered the restaurant, they said.

A 17-year-old suspect is facing several charges, including murder, after police say he opened fire in Times Square, hitting his intended target and two innocent bystanders.
