Roland Beainy, 28, is one of the masterminds behind Trump Burger, a viral MAGA eatery whose locations feature American flags, buns stamped “TRUMP,” and even an impersonator of the president—who went round asking Latino customers if they had green cards.

Roland Mehrez Beainy, the 28-year-old owner of the Houston-area chain Trump Burger, was arrested by immigration officials in May and could eventually be removed from the country, a spokesperson for Immigration and Customs Enforcement told McClatchy News on Aug. 8.

The Texas restaurateur, known for hamburgers with "TRUMP" stamped across the bun, said allegations from the Department of Homeland Security are "not true."
