Though their war of words on social media has slowed, the world’s richest man and the U.S. president isn’t over yet as Trump vows to sell his Tesla.

A breakdown in relations between President Trump and Elon Musk slammed Tesla stock Thursday, along with assets associated with the U.S. leader. Tesla shares regained some ground early Friday. Shares of Musk’s electric-vehicle maker rose around 4% in morning trading.

Ross Gerber said Musk's beef with Trump is a "disaster," and used the episode as an opportunity to sell more shares.
