Prosecutors plan to seek the execution of a man accused of shooting and killing four members of a family in rural Tennessee, including the parents of an infant found abandoned under the summer sun miles away,

Austin Drummond, charged in connection with the July 29 quadruple homicide in Lake County, is being held without bond as state seeks death penalty.

Drummond is charged with four counts of first-degree murder, as well as aggravated kidnapping and abandonment. The judge revealed that the four Tiptonville victims were found shot to death.
