Manchester United are stepping up their summer rebuild. After a disappointing campaign and no European football, new manager Rúben Amorim is pushing hard on the transfer market with one clear goal: bring the Red Devils back to the top of the Premier League.

The 25-year-old is entering the final year of his contract at Brentford, who do have the option to extend his stay by a further 12 months.

Manchester United have submitted an improved offer for Brentford forward Bryan Mbeumo worth more than £60 million.
