All four coaches of season 28 of The Voice are happily coupled up IRL. Snoop Dogg and Michael Bublé are both married; Reba McEntire is engaged. Niall Horan, a.k.a. the youngest of the group, is currently dating Amelia Woolley.

Ahead of 'The Voice' season 28 premiering on September 22, 2025 on NBC, coach Michael Bublé called out Niall Horan about his fans on Instagram.

The Sept. 23 episode of “The Voice” featured Jacob Ryan Gustafson, 35, of Yucaipa, California, whose performance of Morgan Wallen’s “Spin You Around” during the Blind Auditions failed to get any of coaches to turn in their chairs. However, he got quite the consolation prize after he proposed to his girlfriend in front of the coaches and audience.

For the first time ever, host Carson Daly has some say in the competition. During the Monday, Sept. 22, season 28 premiere, Daly introduced the Carson Callback Card, which allows him to give one contestant another chance during the blind auditions.

Season 28 of The Voice continued with part two of the Blind Auditions during the Tuesday, September 23, episode. Coaches Reba McEntire, Niall Horan, Snoop Dogg, and Michael Bublé continued to build their teams.

Horan agreed and said "This Town" is indicative of his style of writing. "I'm one of those people, I do try and keep that as the single thought and then build a storyline around it," he explained. "Like, this song was basically about my hometown and kind of everything that I feel about it now that I've spent time traveling the world."

Despite her emotional plea for her love of country groups, Dek of Hearts gave Niall and Reba a major shock. So much so, Reba fell to the floor, lying in defeat. But the method for their madness may actually be a winning strategy.
