NEWARK, Del. (Gray News) – Authorities in Delaware say a mother has been charged with murder in the death of her 3-year-old daughter after a body was found. According to Maryland State Police, Darrian Randle, 31, and her boyfriend, Cedrick Britten, 44, have both been charged in connection with the death of the girl, Nola Dinkins.
