An unwanted injury for one of the New York Islanders’ top players. On Wednesday, the team announced that captain Anders Lee is out for the next 1-2 weeks with an upper-body injury.

According to Newsday Sports, Fuehring will be the new radio play-by-play voice for the New York Islanders. Fuehring has been the director of broadcasting and communication for the Islanders' AHL affiliate in Bridgeport. Fuehring has been doing play by play in Bridgeport since 2016. He filled in for his first New York Islanders' game in 2021.
