Second person charged in death of Delaware infant after mom files false abduction report with police
Maryland State Police have arrested a man and woman in connection with the death of a missing child who was the subject of a recent Amber
Maryland State Police say they are leading an investigation into a missing 3-year-old from Delaware, following the recovery of a body in Cecil County.
Detectives no longer believe Nola Dinkins was abducted, as her mother initially claimed, police said. The Amber Alert has also been canceled.
The refinery reported emissions of the toxic gas sulfur dioxide at rates as high as 1,450 per hour over the past couple weeks. Officials say air quality remains good.
The executive order directs officials to find and cut federal funds going to listed sanctuary areas where legally allowed.
