U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace broke with her party to cast an affirmative vote to subpoena the Department of Justice for files on Jeffrey Epstein.

Democrats on the Oversight Committee made a motion for the subpoena, just hours before the House was scheduled to end its work session.

Three Republicans joined Democrats in an 8-2 vote to approve a motion to issue a subpoena to the Justice Department for the release of files tied to Jeffrey Epstein.
