Col. Mike Hagar and more than 20 prosecutors issued the warning during a press conference at the State Police's precision driving training facility, located on Camp Robinson in North Little Rock.

Mike Hagar, a 30-year veteran of the Arkansas State Police, will take over as head of the department and will serve as the secretary of public safety in the Sanders administration.

Hagar said that the state police sent 40 troopers, who were deputized in Washington, D.C., on Sunday by the U.S. Marshal's Service along with the other state and local law enforcement officers.
