Former Piston Malik Beasley is being evicted from a $7,000-per-month apartment in The Stott, a 38-story Art Deco skyscraper overlooking downtown's Capitol Park, court records show. According to court documents obtained by the Detroit Free Press, Beasley, 28, was evicted Wednesday from The Stott, a historic high-rise in downtown Detroit owned by Bedrock Detroit, the real estate arm of Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert’s business empire.
