Matthew Stafford was so intent on staying with the Los Angeles Rams that he apparently turned down several big contract offers earlier this offseason. Back in February, the Rams quarterback was looking for a contract with more guaranteed money,

Both the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Giants were willing to offer Stafford more than $100 million over the next two seasons, according to Breer. Stafford instead agreed to a two-year, $84 million deal in order to remain with head coach Sean McVay and the Rams.
