BRUSSELS - Egypt's foreign minister said on Monday that the flow of aid into Gaza has not increased despite an agreement last week between Israel and the European Union that should have had that result.

BRUSSELS (Reuters) -There have been some signs of more trucks and supplies getting to Gaza but the European Union doesn't see enough improvement on the ground, the EU's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday, ahead of a meeting with senior Middle Eastern and EU officials in Brussels.

Israel has agreed to allow in fuel for the first time since March; the E.U. will have a presence at border crossings.
