As San Antonio mourns the loss of over a dozen residents swept from roads during the record flood event Thursday, prayers can be assigned to names, or at least seven of them so far. The death toll from the floods continues to rise, nearly by the hour, and Bexar County officials are beginning to tell us who they are.
