It’s not about the money, really, any more for Justin Rose. The 45-year-old Englishman is all about winning titles these days, largely to round out a résumé that many already consider Hall of Fame worthy and prove that golfers can play at an elite level well into their 40s.

Justin Rose was victorious (shout out Team Rose!) at the FedEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis over the weekend. For all of the talk about the playoff events being lackluster (the format is definitely an issue) this one delivered.

Justin Rose made up a three-shot deficit over the last five holes against hard-luck Tommy Fleetwood, and then made two birdies in a playoff against U.S. Open champion J.J. Spaun to win the FedEx St. Jude Championship on Sunday.
