A federal judge appointed by Ronald Reagan blocked the enforcement of Trump's executive order targeting "gender ideology."

A judge says the federal Bureau of Prisons must keep providing hormone therapy to hundreds of transgender inmates following an executive order signed by President Donald Trump that led to a disruption in medical treatment.

It's only a preliminary ruling, but a Reagan-appointed judge still found Trump's order on "gender ideology" lacking.
