European powers and Kyiv presented a blueprint to end the war in Ukraine, after Vladimir Putin demanded major territorial concessions and President Trump said he’d meet with the Russian leader in Alaska next week.

Ukraine and its allies are concerned that President Trump and President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia will do a deal without them and then try to impose it on Kyiv.
