PWHL Vancouver formally announced the signing of goaltender Emerance Maschmeyer to a two-year contract through the 2026-27 season. Maschmeyer originally had only one year remaining on the three-year contract she signed as a foundational addition to PWHL Ottawa.

Ottawa forward Danielle Serdachny and Montreal defenseman Cayla Barnes -- and Vancouver agreed to a two-year contract with Ottawa goalie Emerance Maschmeyer during the PWHL's expansion signing period.

Vancouver's Professional Women's Hockey League team continued to add to its initial roster Thursday by signing goaltender Emerance Maschmeyer to a two-year contract and forward Sarah Nurse to a one-year deal.
