Country Music and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Dolly Parton will perform a residency in Sin City for the first time in three decades. The events will occur at the Colosseum venue at Caesar's Palace to coincide with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association's annual National Finals Rodeo.
