Iran has asked Cyprus to convey "some messages" to Israel, President Nikos Christodoulides said on Sunday, adding he expected to speak to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later in the day.

Cyprus leader, President Nikos Christodoulides, has disclosed that Iran has requested that they (Cyprus) convey a message to Israel. Christodoulides said

President Nikos Christodoulides said on Sunday that Iran “has asked us to convey a message to Israel”, and that “we will do so”, amid an escalating conflict between the two countries which saw missile strikes which were visible to the naked eye across Cyprus overnight.
