Paramount Pictures has released the trailer for 'Regretting You,' the romantic drama film based on Colleen Hoover's 2019 novel of the same name.

Hoover's first book adaptation hit the small screen in 2017 when her novel Confess was turned into a seven-episode television series. Seven years later, in August 2024, Hoover's best-seller, It Ends with Us, premiered in theaters, marking the author's first book-to-movie adaptation.
