After a scary health incident a few days ago, Kansas' Bill Self appears to be on the mend. On Thursday night, reports surfaced that the Jayhawks coach had been hospitalized due to "some concerning symptoms" and later had to have two stents inserted into his heart.

Kansas men's basketball coach Bill Self was released from the hospital Saturday after undergoing a procedure to have two stents inserted, the school announced. Self initially went to Lawrence Memorial Hospital on Thursday after feeling unwell and experiencing "concerning symptoms."

After going to Lawrence Memorial Hospital just days ago, and undergoing a procedure, KU basketball's Bill Self has been released and is doing well.
