Former Utah men’s basketball star Johnnie Bryant is a finalist for an NBA head coaching job. On Monday, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Bryant and Jordan Ott — who are both assistant coaches on the Cleveland Cavaliers — are the two finalists for the Phoenix Suns’ head coaching vacancy.
Despite a second-round playoff exit, impending second-apron penalties and swirling trade rumors around the fanbase, the Cavaliers are largely set to retain the same roster next season as the one that won 64 games in 2024-25.
