Patricia Krenwinkel, a Manson Family member convicted of seven counts of murders, has been recommended for parole in California.

Patricia Krenwinkel, a one-time follower of cult leader Charles Manson, was recommended for parole on Friday, May 30. The California state parole board found Krenwinkel’s risk of reoffending to be low, according to CBS .

Patricia Krenwinkel, 77, who was part of what was known as the Manson family, was convicted of seven counts of murder in 1971. A California panel said she posed little risk of reoffending.
