President Donald Trump announced early on Tuesday that a ceasefire between Israel and Iran had gone into effect, something both Israeli and Iranian officials also confirmed, ending a nearly two-week-long clash between the countries that also involved U.S. airstrikes on Tehran’s key nuclear facilities.

There were no reports of US casualties from the missile launch, which came days after the US bombed Iran nuke sites.
