Bubba Wallace became the first Black driver to win a major race on Indianapolis Motor Speedway’s 2.5-mile oval.

In a dramatic finish after a rain shower created a pressure-packed overtime period, Bubba Wallace managed to save enough fuel and hold off Kyle Larson to win the Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday,

It was almost three years without a win for Bubba Wallace. But the stars aligned and he capitalized on his Crown Jewel moment at the Brickyard 400.
