LAKE FOREST, Calif. — In an out-of-this-world collaboration announced during Oakley’s 50th anniversary celebration, the global performance eyewear brand and Axiom Space revealed a partnership to develop the visor system for NASA’s Artemis III mission spacesuits.
It was Axiom's fourth mission to the space station, part of NASA's effort to open up space to more businesses and people.

Axiom-4 astronauts splashdown in Pacific after 20-day space missionAfter 20 days in space, a four-person crew, including veteran US astronaut Peggy Whitson, landed safely on Earth early on Tuesday. For India, Poland, and Hungary, it was the first manned spaceflight in over 40 years and also the first ISS mission.
The private crew included Ax-4 mission commander and former NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson. It was her fifth trip to space and extended her record-setting duration to 695 days, the most of any American.
India's Gaganyatri Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla is on his way back from orbiting laboratory, travelling in SpaceX's crew capsule named Grace. It is a 22.5-hour journey from the space station and he is expected to splash down off the coast of California near San Diego at about 3 PM.
