Phyllis Campbell said she has lived in her home just down the road from Austin Powder's Red Diamond Plant in Vinton County, Ohio for 23 years. She said this morning members from the Sheriffs Office alerted her she would need to evacuate due to a leak at the plant only a few minutes from her home.

A federal agency opened an initial investigation into the nitric acid leak at a manufacturing facility in Vinton County on Wednesday.
